1. Introduction
These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Weblizo.com, hereinafter referred to as the “Weblizo.com or Weblizo.com,” and the client engaging the Weblizo.com’s services for Google Guaranteed Ads, hereinafter referred to as the “Client.” By entering into a business relationship with Weblizo.com, the Client agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
2. Google Guarantee Program
Weblizo.com agrees to assist the Client in obtaining and maintaining eligibility for the Google Guarantee program for the agreed-upon service categories. The specifics of the services provided by Weblizo.com will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.
3. Eligibility and Compliance
The Client acknowledges and agrees to meet the eligibility criteria set by Google for the Google Guarantee program. Weblizo.com will provide guidance to the best of its ability to ensure the Client’s compliance with Google’s requirements.
4. Service Categories
Weblizo.com will work with the Client to determine the most relevant and effective service categories for Google Guaranteed Ads based on the nature of the Client’s business. Any changes to service categories must be communicated and agreed upon by both parties.
5. Background Check and Verification
The client understands that participation in the Google Guarantee program may require a background check and verification process conducted by Google. The Weblizo.com will support the Client in providing the necessary information for this process.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information required for the Google Guarantee program. This includes business licenses, insurance details, and any other documentation requested by Google. The Client is solely responsible for maintaining eligibility for the program.
7. Fee Structure
The Client agrees to pay the Weblizo.com the agreed-upon fees for services rendered. Payment terms and amounts will be detailed in a separate agreement or invoice. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.
8. Google Guarantee Badge
Weblizo.com will assist the Client in displaying the Google Guarantee badge on relevant platforms and marketing materials. The Client is responsible for adhering to Google’s guidelines regarding the use and display of the Google Guarantee badge.
9. Reporting and Analytics
Weblizo.com will provide regular reports on the performance of Google Guaranteed Ads campaigns. The Client acknowledges that campaign success may be influenced by various factors beyond Weblizo.com’s control, and no specific results or outcomes are guaranteed.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the Client agrees to pay for any services provided up to the termination date.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all information exchanged during the course of the engagement confidential. This includes, but is not limited to, campaign strategies, financial information, and any proprietary data.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the [Your Arbitration Service].
